Born in 1962 in Hyogo prefecture. Graduated Sophia University in 1986. Ikemizu started his career in Sumitomo Corporation as a gold trader. 1990 he moved to Credit Suisse then 1992 Mitsui & Co., on to Standard Bank in 1996. He was the head of Tokyo Branch of ICBC Standard Bank until he left the bank in 2019. Ikemizu, known as Bruce in the market, will utilize his extended knowledge and relationships for the newly organized JBMA.

Currently serving as President of New India Projects at CIBJO (The World Jewellery Confederation), he/she leads the development of an innovative platform centered on online charity auctions of pre-owned gold jewelry. This platform aims not only to become the leading online auction ecosystem for gold jewelry in the Asia-Pacific region but also adheres to the core philosophy of "charity empowerment + business closed-loop + seamless experience." Currently, she fully oversees the core gold buyback business across Asia Pacific, spearheading strategic procurement, authoritative authentication, and value restructuring of high-end pre-owned gold jewelry and precious metals assets.

Professional Credentials: Senior Appraiser certified by CIBJO (Confédération Internationale de la Bijouterie, Joaillerie et Orfèvrerie) and Invited Industry Expert at JBMA (Japan Bullion Market Association). She has led the establishment of a standardized precious metals authentication system for Asia Pacific, integrating cutting-edge international testing technologies with local market nuances.

Her extensive network covers core markets including China, Japan, and India, where her team accurately navigates global gold price fluctuations and Asian consumer demand trends. This expertise maximizes value and promotes the circular economy of precious metals assets while strictly ensuring their authenticity and purity.

She has taken the lead in formulating industry procurement standards and value evaluation frameworks, emerging as a core link connecting international precious metals capital with regional markets.
